Local LLMs
Inference that can live with the organization, private, local and under its own control.
Our purpose
We founded Reflective to help organizations learn together, reason with what they know and turn shared understanding into action. We build software that connects people, knowledge and decisions around the outcomes an organization has committed to.
Foundational reading
Organizational behavior is structural. These are the laws every organization must obey.
Organizational capability grows from the quality of the shared model.
What changes when AI produces fluent answers and deliberation must be deliberately protected.
Raison d'être
Research gives the software its foundations.Building software for organizational learning means understanding how many people can reason together, how knowledge survives change and how decisions remain connected to a shared purpose. We established Reflective Labs to investigate these questions through mathematics, AI and organizational learning.
The Labs publishes the research, with proofs, benchmarks and explicit limits. Reflective builds the applications that put it to work. Together, they serve one purpose: organizations that carry their learning forward and become more capable through the work they do each day.
Research program
Inference that can live with the organization, private, local and under its own control.
Adapting open-source models to an organization’s language, evidence and decision patterns, so the models learn the institution.
Closed loops that act, check and revise. Organizational work is iterative; the intelligence that serves it has to be too.
Agents that reconfigure as the work changes, across teams, divisions and the organization. We research how these formations coordinate toward a shared outcome.
Research stack
The constraint layer: formal principles, invariant rules and governing assumptions that keep a shared organizational model consistent.
The authority layer: where humans exercise judgment over machine agency, ratify commitments and keep accountable control of consequential decisions.
The epistemic kernel: how distributed evidence is brought into a shared, revisable model and how commitment is formed under uncertainty.
The organizational intelligence runtime: structured intent, adversarial planning, coordinated execution and dynamic formations of agents across distributed work.
